NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
Nile Garden School Well 30 Water Supply Project (CIP 21026 & 21034) located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:
T&S Construction Company, Incorporated

as contractor, was actually completed on June 30, 2026, and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on September 1, 2026. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Engineering Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
Construction of new Well 30 and installation of 12-in pipeline to Nile Garden Elementary School.
