NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER ENERGY CONSERVATION PROJECT AND CALIFORNIA GC §4217
CITY OF MANTECA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 15, 2026, at or after 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1001 W. Center Street, Manteca, California, a Public Hearing will be conducted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at which time and place all persons may attend and be heard upon:
PROJECT: City Council Consideration of Adopting Resolution Approving the Solar Photovoltaic & Battery Energy Storage System Project (“PROJECT”) at the City’s Wastewater Quality Control Facility (WQCF), pursuant to California Government Code §4217.
DESCRIPTION: The City proposes an energy conservation project at the WQCF to reduce energy consumption and costs. Pursuant to Government Code §4217 the City Council will consider
whether the PROJECT and any related agreement(s) are in the best interest of the City.
LOCATION: City of Manteca Wastewater Quality Control Facility Analysis supporting the anticipated cost-savings from the energy conservation improvements by the PROJECT, required under the California Government Code §4217, will be available at the Engineering Department located at 1001 W. Center St., Suite E, Manteca, CA 95337.
