Lei Ann Varletta Larson provided public comment regarding Outfront Media.
B. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to closed session at 4:37 p.m.
B.1. 26‑469 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS ‑ (Gov. Code § 54956.8): City Negotiators: Toni Lundgren, City Manager, Jose Jasso, Assistant City Manager, Kevin Jorgensen, Assistant City Manager, Brad Wungluck, Director of Development Services, Vanessa Carrera, Deputy Director, Economic Development. Property In Question: 1403 W Atherton Dr., Manteca, CA 95336 ‑ (APN ‑ 22616022). Under Negotiation: Price, Discussion and/or Terms of Potential Sale.
B.2. 26‑470 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54957.6): City designated representatives: Toni Lundgren, City Manager, Jose Jasso, Assistant City Manager, Kevin Jorgensen, Assistant City Manager, Stephanie Van Steyn Director of Human Resources, and Matthew Boring Director of Finance.
