NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
WOODWARD PARK SPLASH PAD PHASE II – RESTROOM RELOCATION PROJECT (CIP PROJECT NO. 24086)
located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:

as contractor, was actually completed on September 4, 2026 and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on October 6, 2026. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Public Works Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
The project included construction of pad preparation and coordination of relocation of existing premanufactured restroom building along with various improvements, such as pad and utility preparation for existing premanufactured restroom building, demolition of existing features, new low retaining wall, fencing, improved walkways, utility connections (sewer and water), and electrical work.
