RESOLUTION R2026-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END BUDGET AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City of Manteca has completed the Fiscal Year 2025-26 fourth quarter-end review of revenues and expenditures for all funds; and WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to authorize adjustments to align the adopted and amended budgets with actual revenues received and expenditures incurred through June 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, these year-end budget amendments include necessary appropriations, transfers, and adjustments across various City funds to accurately reflect the financial activity for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Program amendment includes a project addition for which the appropriation was previously approved by Council through Resolution R2026-104; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby approves the Fiscal Year 2025-26 fourth quarter and year-end Fund-Level and Capital Improvement Program budget amendments set forth in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 20th day of October 2026, by the following vote:
