NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
Traffic Signal Update Project CIP No. 17058
located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:
St. Francis Electric, LLC.

as contractor, was actually completed on October 14, 2026, and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on October 20, 2026. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Engineering Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, herein above referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
The project includes upgrading existing traffic signal hardware and software, including, but not limited to, traffic signal cabinets, traffic signal controllers, 14 battery backup systems, signal heads with yellow retroreflective borders, preemption systems, signal timing optimization, and the development of interconnect functionality at 47 intersections.
