Recommendation:
NOTE: At the regular scheduled meeting of Tuesday, May 14, 2024, the Mayor opened the advertised Public Hearing for this matter after which the City Council continued the Public Hearing to the regularly scheduled meeting of Tuesday, May 28, 2024. At this time, it is appropriate for the Mayor to reconvene the advertised Public Hearing and to either 1) conduct the public hearing s recommended below; or, in the alternative, to continue the Public Hearing to a date certain to allow additional time for the Water District to comment on the proposed ordinance.
