L. Review/Discuss/Accept City of Maricopa Financial Audit for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2024.
Administrator Ziegler discussed a few main points of our 2023/2024 Audit, and the then voted.
Council Member Bell motioned to accept the 2023/2024Audit, Council Member Horn second

M. Award of Bid for Wastewater Treatment Plant Fencing Upgrade Project and authorize Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Documents Associated therewith on behalf of the city.
Administrator Ziegler reminded the Council that the original bid had the incorrect wording and needed to be redone and put out for bid again.
He stated figures of the new bids and now we need to Award the Bid.
Council Member Bell motioned to award the bid, Council Member Horn second.
