10. Adopt Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Settlement Agreement with the California Housing Defense Fund (“CalHDF”), under which the City will adopt a compliant Housing Element and pay $8,600 to CalHDF for reimbursement of reasonable attorney’s fees and cost of lawsuit.
