3. Proclamation – Red Ribbon Week
• Mayor Zorn read the proclamation a nd presented it to Van Le and Shameka Bolds, who accepted it on behalf of Pride & Purpose Project.

13. Adopt a resolution ratifying the City Manager’s execution of an inter-agency agreement with the County of Contra Costa for the provision of animal services.
