CALL TO ORDER
• Vice-Mayor McKillop called the meeting to order at 12:06pm
ROLL CALL
• Mayor Brianne Zorn is absent; all other Councilmembers were in attendance.

1. Adopt a resolution approving the General Obligation Bond Tax Rate for the 2024-25 property tax roll and directing submittal to Contra Costa County.

• Motion by CMR Malhi to adopt resolution as written, seconded by CMR Ross. Motion passes, 3 Ayes (Ross, Malhi, McKillop) - 2 Absent (Zorn, Howard).
2. Adopt a resolution designating Mayor Brianne Zorn as the Voting Delegate, Vice Mayor Debbie McKillop as First Alternate and Councilmember Jay Howard as Second Alternate to the League of California Cities 2024 Annual Conference. (Continued from 7-31-24) • Presenter:ACC Galileo
