• Mayor Zorn called for the addition of a new urgency item, Public Agency Updates on the February 1st MRC Refinery Fire.
• Motion by Mayor Zorn, seconded by VM Howard, to add urgency item to the General Business section of the meeting agenda. Motion carried; Four Ayes (Zorn, Howard, Young, McKillop) and One Absent (Malhi).
