2. Motion to approve City Council Action Minutes dated November 19, 2025.

7. By motion, authorize the City Manager to expend two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) from the FY 2026 General Fund Operating Budget to provide donations of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) each to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano and Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa.
