RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, FOR THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THE D-10/HALLWOOD COMMUNITY
SERVICES DISTRICT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES
At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, State of California held on the 18th day of January 2022.
WHEREAS a contract has been agreed upon by the City of Marysville and D-10/Hallwood Community Services District to provide emergency services.
WHEREAS, both parties represented have met and agree on services and fees to be paid during the period of this contract.
WHEREAS this agreement is for a term of ten (10) successive fiscal years commencing the 1st day of July 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Marysville as follows:
The City Council of the City of Marysville authorizes the City Manager or designee to enter into an agreement with D-10/Hallwood Community Services District for emergency services through the term of the agreement.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, held on the 18th day of January 2022, by the following vote:
