Re: Letter of Authorization for the SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program Dear Mr. Martin:
I am the City Manager of the City of Marysville, CA. I am authorized to contractually bind the City of Marysville. Pursuant to this authority, I hereby authorize the Regional Waste Management Authority to submit a regional application and act as Lead Agency on behalf of the City of Marysville. The Regional Waste Management Authority is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to implement the project under the SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program.
This authorization is effective as long as the Regional Waste Management Authority’s Resolution for this grant program is in effect.
