Subject: Approval of Accounts Payable
Recommendation:
Pass a Motion approving accounts payable in the amount of $528,847.04 for the period of March 5, 2022, through March 25, 2022.
Rationale for Recommendation:
To facilitate and ensure the day-to-day operations of the City.
Background:
The following information encompasses all payments processed March 5, 2022, through March 25, 2022, for the City of Marysville. Each payable has been reviewed by the Department Head and/or his or her designee as well as the Accountant and the Senior Accountant prior to processing and mailing the payments.
Fiscal Analysis:
The not to exceed amount of $528,847.04 has been paid from allocated department accounts as adopted in Fiscal Year 2021-22 budget.
