RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, TO SUBMIT AND ACCEPT THE RURAL FIRE CAPACITY
GRANT AWARD
At a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Marysville, State of California held on the 5
th day of April, 2022.
WHEREAS, the Marysville Fire Department has a need to purchase replacement radios and waterproof lapel microphones; and
WHEREAS, the Marysville Fire Department recommends submitting and accept the Rural Fire Capacity grant in the amount of $10,000 to be matched with Marysville Fire Department funds in the amount of $10,000 in Fiscal Year 2022/23; and
WHEREAS, the project total is not to exceed $20,000; and.
WHEREAS, the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign and execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Marysville Fire Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Marysville that the herein known as the submittal and acceptance of the Rural Fire Capacity grant award as if fully set forth herein, is hereby ratified and approved.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, on the 5 th day of April, 2022, by the following vote:
