RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGENCY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR
HOUSING CONSULTANT SERVICES
At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, State of California, held on the 17th day of May, 2022.
WHEREAS, the City has received funding from the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development HOME Investment Partnerships Program to fund the City’s Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Marysville has been allocated $1,000,000 in grant funding for eligible housing rehabilitation activities; and
WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity represents that it is qualified to perform such housing consultant services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Marysville approves an Intergovernmental Agency Agreement with Habitat for Humanity for providing housing consultant services and authorizes the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, on the 17th day of May, 2022, by the following vote:
