Subject: Fleet Request for Quote Rejection
Recommendation:
Pass a Motion to reject all quotes received from vendors for the Request for Quote (RFQ) publicly noticed on February 15, 2022, Bid No: MFD-2022-001 with a deadline of March 11, 2022. This RFQ was requesting specific quotes on multiple pickup trucks for Public Works staff.
Rationale for Recommendation:
The only quote received in conjunction with the RFQ above, was received with exceptions to the specifications as well as large lead time. For these reasons it is not advantageous of the City to continue with this process and quotes received.

This Agenda Item does not align with a current Council Goal.
Fiscal Analysis:
There is no fiscal impact to the City at this time, for this Agenda Item.
