RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA CONFIRMING THE NUMBER OF EACH TYPE OF COMMERCIAL
CANNABIS BUSINESS PERMITTED TO OPERATE IN THE CITY
At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, State of California, held on the 7th day of June, 2022.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5.10 of the Marysville Municipal Code sets forth the parameters under which a commercial cannabis business is authorized to operate within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Marysville has previously authorized limits on cannabis related businesses within resolution 2021-48; and WHEREAS, it is desirable for the City Council to establish and determine whether an additional number of commercial cannabis businesses should be authorized; and WHEREAS, the City Council approves authorizing one (1) non-store front retail delivery license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves amending the manufacturing license options to remove Type 7 Volatile manufacturing and add Type N Infusion manufacturing; and WHEREAS, this resolution supersedes Resolution No. 2021-48.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Marysville, pursuant to Marysville Municipal Code §5.10.080 that the number of each type of commercial cannabis business that shall be permitted to operate in the City shall be as follows:
(1) Type 1A—Cultivation, specialty indoor, small.

(2) Type 1B—Cultivation, specialty mixed-light, small.
(3) Type 1C—Cultivation, specialty cottage (indoor only), small. (4) Type 2A—Cultivation, indoor, small.
(5) Type 2B—Cultivation, mixed-light, small.
(6) Type 3A—Cultivation, indoor, medium.
(7) Type 3B—Cultivation, mixed-light, medium.
(8) Type 4—Nursery. 0
(9) Type 5A—Cultivation, indoor, large. 1 total
(10) Type 5B—Cultivation, mixed-light, large.
(11) Type 6—Manufacture 1. (Does not use Volatile Chemicals) 1 total (12) Type N- (Infusion of Products)
(13) Type 8—Testing laboratory 1
(14) Type 10—Retailer (only with M-license) Storefront 2 (14) Type 10—Retailer (only with M-license) Delivery Only 1 (15) Type 11—Distributor 1
