Recommendation:
Pass a Motion approving the City Council meeting minutes from the May 3, 2022, and the May 17, 2022, regular meetings and the May 3, 2022, May 12, 2022, and May 17, 2022, special meetings.
Rationale for Recommendation:
As required by the City of Marysville’s Administrative Code - 210 City Clerk, the City Clerk shall at all times maintain a system for recording the disposition of business appearing before the Council.
Background:
The attached draft minutes are presented for approval and finalization to the Council. Following completion of each meeting of the Council, the City Clerk shall prepare and produce a summarized report describing each action taken by the Council, noting the names of members present and the votes cast on the matters upon which actions were taken. Each meeting’s minutes have been reviewed by the Deputy City Clerk as well as the City Clerk for accuracy.
