Subject: Renumbering of Ordinance Number 1438 to 1439
Recommendation:
Receive and file an administrative error, correcting the number on Ordinance number 1438 to now read Ordinance number 1439.
Background:
This Ordinance first went to Council on May 3, 2022, and remained unnumbered until the May 17, 2022, Council meeting where it was erroneously numbered in the Staff Report as Ordinance number 1438. This request to be brought forth to Council is simply correcting the Administrative error for the official record.
No information within the Ordinance or information within the Staff Report has changed.
