ENTERTAINMENT BUDGET ADJUSTMENT - HARD ROCK SPONSORSHIP
BACKGROUND
Hard Rock Casino-Hotel at Fire Mountain Sacramento provided a sponsorship totaling $16,000 to be allocated to entertainment improvements at the 22nd Annual Marysville Peach Festival.
Several musical acts, including a Saturday night headliner, improved staging and sound have been secured for the 2022 Marysville Peach Festival.
The original Music, Entertainment & Stage Budget was $5,000. Adding the $16,000 provided by the Hard Rock sponsorship brings the total Music Budget to $21,000.
As part of their sponsorship, we are producing two large banners with the Hard Rock Casino- Hotel logo to appear on each side of the stage.
The breakdown is as follows:

+ $ 3,100 Cushion for unanticipated expenses
$21,000 GRAND TOTAL (original budget + hard rock entertainment budget)
PAYMENT
It is agreed that Sapphire Group LLC will provide payment to all entertainment, staging and sound professionals on behalf of the City of Marysville and the Marysville Peach Festival. The City of Marysville agrees to pay Sapphire Group LLC an additional $16,000 to cover these costs.
Sapphire Group will invoice the City of Marysville on July 6th for these additional expenses.
