The City of Marysville City Council meeting called to order by Mayor Branscum at 2:30 pm.
Roll Call
Present: Councilmembers Belza, Hudson and Gilchrist, Vice Mayor Buttacavoli and Mayor Branscum.
Absent: None.

1. Exclusive Right to Negotiate (ERN) Agreement
Action: Moved/Seconded: Dominique Belza and Brad Hudson Ayes: All
Noes: None
Absent: None
Public Comment: Ted Langdel asked if there was going to be a partnership of the hotel with Precideo, Dan confirmed yes, if there was a hotel put in under this agreement, it would be the Precideo line.
Recommendation: Pass a Motion to 1) review and approve the reimbursement form and ERN Agreement with Engstrom Properties, Inc. and 2) enter into the ERN Agreement with Engstrom Properties, Inc. for the City Owned Property on B Street located between 12th and 14th Streets.
