Dear Mr. Armstrong:
RE: Agreement for Off-Highway Vehicle Concession at Riverfront Park (Extension) The extension for the above referenced agreement is scheduled to expire on October 1, 2022. The city is in the process of negotiating a new lease agreement with you currently. We understand that the negotiation will extend beyond the expiration period of the current extension. Considering the Toregoing, please sign and return a copy of this letter to acknowledge your agreement that the concession at Riverfront Park will be extended for an additional 60 days or until a new agreement is solidified, whichever comes first.

I have read the foregoing and agree that the "Agreement for the Off-Highway Vehicle Concession at Riverfront Park" shall be extended and additional 60 days pending a new agreement and as a consequence thereof, the extended term shall end on December 1, 2022.
