Call to Order
The City of Marysville City Council meeting called to order by Mayor Branscum at 3:02 pm.
Roll Call
Present: Councilmembers Belza, Gilchrist, Hudson, Vice Mayor Buttacavoli and Mayor Branscum.
Absent: None.

1. State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CV 2/3 Funding Contract Amendment Action: Moved/Seconded: Brad Hudson and Bruce Buttacavoli Ayes: All
Noes: None
Absent: None
Public Comment: None.
Recommendation: Passed Motion 2022-119 to 1) have Council conduct a public hearing to receive comments regarding the proposed contract amendment to the CDBG CV2/3 contract; and 2) adopt Resolution No. 2022-38 authorizing the submission, signatory and approval of the contract amendment to approve the change in the contract scope of work and re-allocate funds for the Firehouse Storage and Decontamination Facility in the amount of $331,988.

After the Closed Session, the City Council will leave Council Chambers and the meeting will be adjourned by operation of law due to lack of a quorum. I ask that after the Closed Session Item descriptions are read by the Mayor that all members of Council, applicable Consultants and Staff join the Closed Session meeting.
