Dear Mr. Minard:
RE: Extension to agreement to provide Engineering Services dated February 7,2018 The City is in the process of developing a request for qualifications a new professional engineering services agreement. In the interim, this addendum amends Article 2, Time of Performance of the original Professional Services Agreement with MHM Inc., dated February 7, 2018 to February 7, 2023.
No other changes to the original agreement are intended as part of this extension. Considering the foregoing, please sign and return a copy of this letter to acknowledge your agreement for professional engineering will be extended to February 7, 2023 or until a new agreement for professional services is secured, whichever comes first.

I have read the foregoing and agree that the “Professional Services Agreement for Engineering and Surveying Services” shall be extended pending a new agreement and as a consequence thereof, the extended to February 7, 2023 or until a new agreement for professional services is secured, whichever comes first.
