Recommendation:
Pass a Motion approving the City Council meeting minutes from the October 4, 2022, October 18, 2022, and the November 15, 2022, regular meetings, and the September 29, 2022, October 18, 2022, and October 28, 2022, and the November 22, 2022, special meetings.
Rationale for Recommendation:
As required by the City of Marysville’s Administrative Code - 210 City Clerk, the City Clerk shall at all times maintain a system for recording the disposition of business appearing before the Council.
Background:
The attached draft minutes are presented for approval and finalization to the Council. Following completion of each meeting of the Council, the City Clerk shall prepare and produce a summarized report describing each action taken by the Council, noting the names of members present and the votes cast on the matters upon which actions were taken. Each meeting’s minutes have been reviewed by the Deputy City Clerk as well as the City Clerk for accuracy.
