RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH RICHARDSON &
COMPANY, LLP FOR AUDITING SERVICES
At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California held on the 3rd day of January, 2023.
WHEREAS, the City of Marysville’s current contract for auditing services will expire as of Fiscal Year 2022; and
WHEREAS, the City of Marysville has undergone an RFP process to determine the strongest candidate to provide those services; and
WHEREAS, the Marysville City Council desires to have a three year contract with options for services in the fourth and fifth year; and WHEREAS, an Auditing Services Contract has been agreed upon by the City of Marysville and the Auditor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Marysville as follows:
The City Council of the City of Marysville authorizes the City Manager or designee to execute on behalf of the Marysville City Council the attached contract including any extensions or amendments thereof and any subsequent contract with Richardson & Company, LLP in relation thereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, held on the 3rd day of January, 2023, by the following vote:
