Subject: Approval of Accounts Payable
Recommendation:
Pass a Motion approving accounts payable in the amount of $2,873,104.17 for the period of February 11, 2023, through March 10, 2023.
Rationale for Recommendation:
To facilitate and ensure the day-to-day operations of the City.
Background:
The following information encompasses all payments processed February 11, 2023, through March 10, 2023, for the City of Marysville. Each payable has been reviewed by the Department Head and/or his or her designee as well as the Accountant and the Senior Accountant prior to processing and mailing the payments.
Fiscal Analysis:
The not to exceed amount of $2,873,104.17 has been paid from allocated department accounts as adopted in Fiscal Year 2022-23 budget.
