CITY OF MARYSVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, AUTHORIZING
THE YUBA SUTTER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE’S ELLIS LAKE PARK ENHANCEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Marysville is eligible to receive State funding for certain transportation related work through the California Department of Transportation;
WHEREAS, a Restricted Grant Agreement is needed to be executed with the California Department of Transportation before such funds can be claimed through the Clean California Local Grant Program;
WHEREAS, the City of Marysville wishes to delegate authorization to execute these agreements and any amendments thereto Yuba Sutter Economic Development Corporation; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Marysville, authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all Restricted Grant Agreements and any amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation as well as authorizing application submittal.
