RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE FOR THE
MARYSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE YUBA COUNTY COMMERCIALLY
SEXUALLY EXPLOITED CHILDREN/YOUTH PROTOCOL
At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, State of California held on the 2nd day of May 2023.
WHEREAS, a memorandum of understanding has been established between Yuba County and the City of Marysville to participate in the Yuba County Commercially Sexually Exploited Children/Youth protocol.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Marysville as follows:
The City Council of the City of Marysville authorizes the Police Chief, or designee to enter into the attached Memorandum of Understanding with Yuba County and partnering agencies.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, held on the 2nd day of May, 2023 by the following vote:
