The project proposes the development of a 2-level building containing 10 one/two bedroom units. . The extreme lack of housing in California has created a high level of demand. The multi-family market continues to demonstrate increasingly favorable trends for development, including very low vacancy rates and very limited property availability. The proposed project will be highly desirable based on the project site's location within the city's core downtown. This development will add much needed residents to the downtown which Marysville has not seen for many years.
The architecture strives to be complimentary to the adjacent buildings and innovative design providing amenities and features that are well-matched to its intended demographic. The building will have structural design of the previous Nakagawa building, a long standing structure on C Street in Marysville. The design will focus expenditures on the details and finishes that are most desirable to renters.
