8.13.010 Violations and penalties.
(a) Any person violating any provision of this title, except as otherwise provided, is guilty of an infraction and shall be punished by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars. (b) Any person violating any provisions of this title deemed a misdemeanor shall be punished by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars. (Ord. 1170 § 2, 1993).
8.13.020 Correctable Viola�ons
(a)The following sec�ons are deemed as correctable viola�ons. (a) 8.12.090 – Licensing requirements and procedures
(b) 8.12.120- Dog Vaccina�on requirements
(c) 8.12.140- License Tags
(d) 8.12.280- Unlicensed and unvaccinated dogs
(e) 8.12.310- At large animals
(b) Fines for correctable viola�ons shall be in such amounts as outlined in the fee schedule and adopted by resolu�on of the City Council.
