This work is priced as a complete package. If the scope of work should change in any way, this be estimate will need to be revised accordingly.
This estimate does not include any costs for sheetrock/stucco/wall repairs. If repairs are required due to the installation process for the work noted above, it shall be the responsibility of the owner to pay for and have the work completed.
All working spaces shall be clear of the owners belongings prior to installation. Failure to provide a clear working space may result in a delayed installation and increased cost.
This estimate does not include any costs for permits or plans/drawings. Any costs incurred as a result of Ledbetter Electric supplied permits shall be added to the invoice upon completion of the job.
All work to be completed during normal working hours. Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. If work is to be completed outside of normal business hours, it may result in a higher price due to overtime labor rates.
WE ALSO PROVIDE A FULL SERVICE SOLAR DESIGN AND INSTALLATION SERVICE - Circuitry to be pulled from the nearest available subpanel. side of the building.
