RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE FOR THE
MARYSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH DAVID J. COLLINS DBA COLLINS LAW FIRM
At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, State of California held on the 15th day of August, 2023.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been agreed upon by the Marysville Police Department and David J. Collins dba Collins Law Firm to provide code enforcement hearing examiner services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Marysville as follows:
The City Council of the City of Marysville authorizes the City Manager or designee to enter into the attached agreement with David J. Collins, dba Collins Law Firm. This is subject to clarifying and conforming changes of the City Attorney.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, held on the 15th day of August, 2023, by the following vote:
