Lot 9 of that Map titled “Harlow Subdivision” filed in Volume 4 of Official Records, at Page 30 in the Office of the County Recorder, County of Yuba, State of California.
TOGETHER WITH that portion of Lot 7 of Block 1 of Range Swezy as shown on the Official Map of the City of Marysville, approved March 22, 1856, and now filed in the Office of the County Recorder, County of Yuba, State of California thereof described as:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence along the north line of said Lot 7, East,
