Being Lots 7 and 8 of Block 1 of Range Swezy as shown on the Official Map of the City of Marysville, approved March 22, 1856, and now filed in the Office of the County Recorder, County of Yuba, State of California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof described as:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence along the north line of said Lot 7, East,
8.50 feet to the true Point of Beginning; thence from said point of beginning, continuing along said north line, East, 77.43 feet; thence leaving said north line, parallel to the west line of said Lot 7, South,
