RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE HISTORIC DOWNTOWN MARYSVILLE SAFETY AND WALKABILITY ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT.
At a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Marysville, State of California held on the 17th day of October, 2023.
WHEREAS, the City of Marysville has received a grant through the Sacramento Area Council of Governments and administered by The California Department of Transportation for the Historic Downtown Marysville Safety and Walkability Enhancements Project; and WHEREAS, the City of Marysville is required to submit a signed program supplement agreement necessary during the terms of this grant; and WHEREAS, the City of Marysville will receive $250,000 in Federal Funds with a required local match of $32,391.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Marysville that said Council does hereby approve the Program Supplement Agreement with the California Department of Transportation and authorizes the City Manager, or designee, to sign and execute said Agreement and any amendments on behalf of the City of Marysville.
