Exhibit C Facility Use Schedule
The City of Marysville herby grants (hereina�er called the “Licensee”) represented by Pecos League Baseball, permission to use the Facili�es as outlined, subject to the Terms and Condi�ons of this Permit contained herein and atached hereto all of which form part of this Permit. The City hereby grants to Licensee on the terms and condi�ons set forth in this Agreement, a license for use of the Baseball Park for those specified in Exhibit B atached hereto. The licensee shall conduct all ac�vi�es at the Baseball Park in compliance with all laws.

The cost of u�lity services, namely the water, sewer, gas, electric, as well as trash and recycle product removal and any other services or u�li�es shall be the responsibility of the Licensee.

The licensee shall pay an annual license use fee in advance of $11,000 per season. (A “season” shall be comprised of reserved dates for use of Bryant Field between May 15th and August 15th of any given year.) The license Use Fee for the 2023 Season shall be paid upon execu�on of this Agreement. The License Use Fee shall be paid on or before January 31, 2024, for subsequent Baseball Seasons. The License Use Fee under this Agreement shall be $11,000 per season. In addi�on to the foregoing, the Licensee shall pay the cost of u�lity services at those �mes and in the amounts specified above. Any other cost, fee, charge, or monetary obliga�on shall be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice from the City.

Personal Guaranty of Agreement
In considera�on of the City of Marysville (the “City”) execu�ng and entering into the above agreement with Pecos League of Professional Baseball Clubs LLC (as “Licensee, the undersigned, Andrew Dunn, (collec�vely “Guarantors”) from PO Box 271489 Houston, Texas, 77277, jointly and several, irrevocable and uncondi�onally guaranty all the obliga�ons of Licensee under the above Agreement Guarantors specifically agree that this Guaranty and shall con�nue in full force and effect.
