RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE 5
th STREET REHABILITATION
CONTRACT NO. 21-01 FEDERAL PROJECT NO. 5009(030)
At a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Marysville, State of California, held on the 6th day of February, 2024.
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of January, 2022, the City of Marysville resolved to entered into a contract with All-American Construction for the 5th Street Rehabilitation Project; and WHEREAS, all construction and work on the above contract has been completed on the 16th day of March, 2023, in accordance with the plans and specifications; and WHEREAS, Jim Schaad, City Manager, has recommended to the City Council that said completed project be accepted and a Notice of Completion filed by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Marysville that upon the recommendation of the Public Works Director, the construction on the above mentioned contract is hereby accepted as being completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the City Clerk is directed to execute and record the Notice of Completion on said contract and project on behalf of the City of Marysville.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, held on the 6th day of February, 2024, by the following vote:
