COUNTY OF YUBA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Marysville accepted from Jim Schaad, City Manager, on the 6th day of February, 2024, a Certification of Completion on the City of Marysville Improvements for the 5th Street Rehabilitation Project of that certain work described and awarded in contract to All-American Construction, Inc., and which was entered into on the 18th day of January, 2022, in accordance with the plans and specification of said work filed with the said City Clerk and adopted by the City Council of said City.
That said, work of the City of Marysville Improvements for the 5th Street Rehabilitation Project was substantially completed except for decorative lighting poles and related improvements on the 14th day of July, 2022, with the remaining improvements completed on March 16, 2023, and accepted by the Council of the City of Marysville on the 6th day of February, 2024.
That said, work consisted of the City of Marysville Improvements for the 5th Street Rehabilitation Project, said work being more particularly set forth in the plans and specifications therefore approved by the said City Council of the City of Marysville. The site of said work was on 5th Street in the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California.
