FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AND ALLIANT NETWORKING SERVICES This First Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the “First Amendment”) to the original Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Marysville and Alliant Networking Services, dated September 1, 2015, (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on May 7, 2024, by and between the City of Marysville, a public body, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, and Alliant Networking Services, hereinafter referred to as “Consultant.”
WITNESSETH
A. Consultant currently provides IT Services Management for the City.
B. The current not to exceed amount of $6,500 monthly is amended, not to exceed $7,200 monthly for IT Services Management.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by and between the City and the Consultant as follows:
1. The Original Agreement’s Scope of Work will remain in effect as outlined in Section 1 (Scope of Services).
2. The total cost for this contract with this amendment is not to exceed $7,200 monthly.
3. All other provisions of the Original Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, except as modified herein.
