RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA ADOPTING A SIDE LETTER FOR ALL FULLTIME EMPLOYEE
GROUPS REGARDING CATASTROPHIC LEAVE DONATIONS
WHEREAS, the City has met and conferred with all employee bargaining units and groups to establish new program language that will repeal and replace all current Catastrophic Leave Program Language listed within current Memorandum’s of Understanding (MOU’s); and WHEREAS, currently, the following units and groups have approved this new program, the Mid-Management and Executive group, Marysville Police Officers Association (both Non-Sworn and Sworn), Teamsters Local 137, and the Fire Union (all Employee Groups); and WHEREAS, this updated language, if approved will be effective the next day post Council ratification.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Marysville approve and adopt the new program language and side letter for the approving bargaining units and groups.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, on the 7th day of May, 2024, by the following vote:
