All that certain real property situate in City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, being a portion of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 2, Range "K" as shown upon the official map of the City of Marysville, approved March 22, 1856, and now on file in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Yuba, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 5, said point being the True Point of Beginning; Thence from said True Point of Beginning, South 06° 36' 15" East 87.08 feet along the east line of said Lots 5 and 6; Thence departing from said east line of said Lot 6, South 83°23'45" West
0.50' to the beginning of a 65.00 foot radius non-tangent curve to the left; Thence along the arc of said 65.00 foot radius non-tangent curve to the left (from a tangent which bears North 06°36'15" West) a distance of 92.40 feet through a central angle of 81°26'51" and being subtended by a chord bearing and distance of North 47°19'40" West 84.81 feet to the beginning of a 473.00 foot radius compound curve to the left; Thence along the arc of said 473.00 foot radius compound curve to the left, a distance of 66.61 feet through a central angle of 8°04'08" and being subtended by a chord bearing and distance of South 87°54'50" West
