We hearby submit specifications and estimates for:
A). Re-roof of commercial building (slope sections) using a Timberline Reflector Series High Definition laminated shingle.
Note: Access to building will be gained across lawn. Plywood will be laid over lawn for protection during re-roof process.
1. Carefully cover all landscape using lightweight tarps.
2. Tear off all composition shingles down to wood sheathing. Dispose of debris.
3. Carefully inspect all wood sheathing for signs of dry rot. Notify owner/agent should any exist. Replace all dry rot at an additional cost of $85.00 per man hour plus materials. (expect some) Approximately $3,000.00.
4. Replace all plumbing and exhaust flashings with new.
5. Furnish and install 5 low profile dormer vents to ensure proper ventilation.
6. Furnish and install a 15 Ib felt underlayment over entire roof area
7. Furnish and install metal nosing at all gable perimeters. (white or brown).
8. Furnish and install a Timberline High Definition Reflector Series shingle nailed not stapled over entire roof area.
9. Furnish and install Ridglass to all hip and ridge areas.
10. Seal and paint all metal flashings with matching paint.
11. Furnish and install pipe collars all 1 1/2" and 2" pipe's.
12. Clean up all debris caused by above work.
13. Guarantee all workmanship for 5 years.
14. All Rite Roofing Inc., carries workman's compensation and liability insurance.
15. All Rite Roofing Inc., will provide all permits and inspections required by the city or county. continued on page 2

Under the Mechanics Lien Law, any contractor, subcontractor, laborer, materialman or other person who helps to improve your property and is not paid for his labor, services or material, has a right to enforce his claim against your property. This means that, after a court hearing, your property could be sold by a court officer and the proceeds of the sale used to satisfy the indebtedness. This can happen even if you have paid your contractor in full, if the subcontractor, laborer, or supplier remains unpaid.
Under the law, you may protect yourself against such claims by filing, before commencing such work of improvement, an original contract for the work of improvement or a modification thereof, in the office of the county recorder of the county where the property is situated and requiring that a contractor's payment bond be recorded in such office. Said bond shall be in an amount not less than fifty percent (50%) of the contract price and shall, in addition to any conditions for the performance of the contract, be conditioned for the payment in full of the claims of all persons furnishing labor, services, equipment or materials for the work described in said contract.

B). Re-roof of flat sections using a Single Ply TPO roof system.
1. Carefully cover all landscape using lightweight tarps.
2. Tear off all built-up roofing down to wood sheathing. Dispose of debris.
3. Carefully inspect all wood sheathing for signs of dry rot. Notify owner/agent should any exist. Replace all dry rot at an additional cost of $85.00 per man hour plus materials.
4. Furnish and install one layer of 1" Resista insulation board over entire roof system, mechanically fastened
5. Furnish and install clad metal at all perimeters.
6. Furnish and install 60 mil TPO roof system over entire roof area, mechanically fastened
7. Furnish and install new TPO pipe boots around all roof penetrations.
8. Clean up all debris caused by above work.
9. Guarantee all workmanship for 5 years.
10. All Rite Roofing Inc.,carries workman's compensation and liability insurance.
