City of Marysville
Friday, July 2, 2024, at 5:00 pm
Call to Order
The City of Marysville City Council meeting called to order by Mayor Branscum at 5:00 pm.
Roll Call
Present: Councilmembers Belza, Gilchrist and Mayor Branscum.
Absent: Councilmember Hudson and Vice Mayor Buttacavoli Notice to Public (City Clerk)
After the Closed Session, the City Council will leave Council Chambers and the meeting will be adjourned by operation of law due to lack of a quorum. If there is any reportable Closed Session Action, a report will be made at the beginning of the next regular Council Meeting. I ask that after the Closed Session Item descriptions are read by the Mayor that all members of Council, applicable Consultants and Staff join the Closed Session meeting.

a) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9: Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation. Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subsection (d); one potential case.
b) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957: Threat to Public Services or Facilities, Consultation with Christian Sachs, City of Marysville Police Chief.
