Subject: Renumbering of Ordinance 1455 to 1457
Recommendation:
Receive and file an administrative error, correcting the number on Ordinance Amending portion of Chapter 9.50 of the Marysville Municipal Code from 1455 to 1457 Background:
This Ordinance first went to Council on July 23, 2024, and remained unnumbered until the August 20, 2024, Council meeting where it was erroneously numbered in the Staff Report as Ordinance number 1455. This request to be brought forth to Council is simply correcting the administrative error for the official record. No information within the Ordinance or information within the Staff Report has changed.
