The P series has been specified, as “standard” model applications should be restricted to comfort cooling only; equipment cooling applications are not recommended for low ambient temperature conditions per the manufacturer. All options pending verification, approval, installation access provided by the City of Marysville.
Excludes, design, operation, sizing(like for like), approval, roofing, roof guarantee, bracing/structural, electrical, access, platform, pads, ducting, attic insulation, existing items, code upgrades, sheetrock or plaster, painting, modifications, concealed items, or upgrades not listed.
Any additional or unforeseen items will be extra. System performance is based on the existing ducts, home components, weather & usage.
California law requires smoke detectors in every bedroom, a carbon monoxide & smoke detector in the hall/level(s), not included. Annual periodic maintenance & full payment is required to validate the warranty/guarantee.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. If job is cancelled after ordering equipment, you will be responsible for re-stocking fees or charges.
Owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workmen’s Compensation Insurance. Accepted projects continuing beyond 90 days are subject to manufacturer or industry price increase and or changes. If either party commences legal action to enforce its rights pursuant to this agreement, the prevailing party in said legal action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of litigation relating to said legal action, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.

ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL The above prices, specifications & conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be as follows 10% down with the remainder upon billing or approved financing. Owner or the responsible party agrees to pay RB Spencer regardless of completion or financing status. 3rd party Rebates/Incentives may be available, but not guaranteed by Spencer Inc.
