Re: Commercial Lawn & Garden Voucher - FRCLG-109-FRCLG-0114 Dear Carl Moyer Lawn & Garden Program Applicant,
The Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD) is pleased to inform you that your application for the Lawn & Garden Program has been approved. The rebate voucher(s) included in this packet will allow for the replacement of your existing combustion equipment with new cordless zero-emission battery powered equipment.
The voucher is only valid for 60 days. After sixty days the voucher will expire. The voucher is applied to the total cost of the new battery powered equipment as a rebate off the original price. No retroactive rebates are authorized. The voucher must be redeemed at one of the Participating Merchants listed on the attached Participating Merchants form.
The voucher(s) must be given to the Participating Merchant at the time of purchase of the new lawn & garden equipment. The existing combustion equipment must be turned in to the Participating Merchant in operational condition within 30 days of the purchase of the new equipment. Please coordinate with the Participating Merchant on how best to turn in the existing equipment for destruction.
Please note that in some cases the voucher may not cover the entire cost of the new equipment. You are responsible for paying the Participating Merchants any costs beyond what the voucher can cover.
